ENGINE/WET TIMING BELT
The timing belt is a critical component of your engine, responsible for keeping everything running in perfect sync.
In many modern vehicles, a “wet timing belt” runs inside the engine and operates in oil, making regular inspection and maintenance even more important.
If a timing belt becomes worn or fails, it can cause serious engine damage.
Common Signs Of Timing Belt Issues:
- Engine misfires or rough running
- Ticking or unusual engine noises
- Loss of power or poor performance
- Engine warning light on dashboard
- Oil contamination or signs of wear (wet belt systems)
- Difficulty starting the vehicle
We take care to identify any signs of wear to help prevent engine damage. If you believe your timing belt or wet belt system needs attention, please contact us.
